My family has a poor history of longevity. By avoiding certain foods, I am already exceeding the longevity of my predecessors. What else can I do to ensure a better quality of life extension?
A noted Cambridge researcher, Aubrey De Grey, stated that aging is a preventable phenomena but it’s strictly a side effect of being alive.
Ironically, even though most people express an interest in living to their maximum potential, many of them refuse to use available methods that are sure to slow aging. If they did, we would surely not be facing the ever increasing epidemic of obesity and diabetes in the United States.
Do not sit idly by, waiting for another “miracle pill” that will erase old age with who knows what kind of unforeseen and potentially disastrous results. Instead, you can NOW control you health, and hence increase your life span.
If you want to take advantage of the new science, you will need to modify your life style. You will need to keep your insulin level low, eat a healthy diet (consuming grain and sugar will increase your insulin level, which is equivalent of slamming your foot on your aging accelerator), take mercury free Omega 3, eat foods that contain antioxidants, use coconut oil for all cooking, exercise, avoid consuming toxic chemicals, minimize exposure to pollutants, avoid being exposed to heavy metals, etc.
There is no quick fix when it comes to life extension. So, if you are determined to take charge of your life and health, find a chiropractor that is also trained in Nutrition Response Testing and begin your journey to better health.
